Shipping and Handling

We try our best to offer the most reasonable shipping and handling charges available. You can choose from a variety of options for shipping – please note that even though we offer USPS First Class Mail on some of our items, if you purchase more than one or combine multiple items they may exceed the weight limit the package will have to be sent USPS Priority.

Insurance is optional on all of our items where the service is available. We do our best to ensure your item will arrive safely. If your package becomes lost or damaged in the mail, we are not responsible. We are not responsible for any service delays caused by the shipper. During the holiday season, shipments may take longer and we encourage buyers to order early.

Orders usually ship within two business days. Delivery time within the United States is often just 2 to 3 business days even with First Class Mail, but it can take up to 10 days.

International Buyers: Most of our items can be shipped internationally. We will not ship any liquids internationally. Delivery time with First Class International Mail can take up to a month to some locations so choose Priority or Express Mail if you need it quicker. Insurance and tracking on international packages is not available with First Class International Mail.

We will ship anywhere but keep in mind, you are responsible for any shipments that are denied by Customs. It is impossible for us to keep track of all the restrictions imposed by different countries, so we are also not responsible for items seized by customs. Please make sure the item you wish to purchase can be shipped to your country before you make the purchase.

Some items may incur duties and/or taxes. Please contact your local post office or customs office for the exact amount. We declare the value of your merchandise based on the final purchase price.

International shipments are usually made on Tuesdays and Fridays, excluding postal holidays.

We will ship your purchase after your payment clears. We do not accept checks.

Wisconsin Residents will pay a 5.5% sales tax.

Returns

The following items CANNOT be returned:

• Make-up of any kind
• Teeth
• Prosthetics

We are sorry for this inconvenience, but we cannot accept returns of these products because of sanitation/hygiene restrictions.To exchange an item, you must email us in addition to returning the package postmarked within seven days of receipt of item. All items must have original packaging, be in new condition, and include any instructions that were inserted. We reserve the right to inspect all returned items prior to determining if they will qualify for an exchange.

Also, any returned orders will have shipping charges deducted from the transaction, this includes unclaimed or refused shipments.
