Use this clear mixing base to mix with ANY shade of powdered glitter you may have. Many times a cheerleader or other performer needs a certain color scheme, and this clear mixing base gives you all the flexibility you will need to create your own Glitter Glam color schemes. Simply use a few drops of the Clear mixing base with roughly one third that volume of powdered glitter to achieve your custom made Glitter Glam shade.

These are not glitter gels. They DO NOT rub off like other products. Remove with soap and water.
